Meet Our Leadership Team
Amna has a multifaceted professional profile in senior roles covering a range of sectors such as luxury hospitality, the government sector (the Prime Minister’s Office) and the media industry.
Having specialized in hospitality management, Amna has honed a wide range of domain skill sets and applied these across the sectors she has worked in. She has been instrumental in introducing best practices derived from the hospitality and the wider services sector in key government and semi-government organizations in the UAE.
Among her several achievements, she pioneered the foundation of the Emirates Culinary Guild for the promotion of Emirati cuisine on the global stage. She maintains an active footprint in the UAE’s burgeoning F&B sector and is a regular speaker and panellist at leading conferences in the region.
Amna has also extensively worked in the analog and digital media space, overseeing a spectrum of news and entertainment content delivered via terrestrial television, news portals and internet radio channels. She has been driving the creation and dissemination of best in class content via these media platforms.
With a proven track record in developing strategic partnerships and securing corporate sponsorships, Amna is a networking specialist who is able to deliver on commercial opportunities and societal obligations. Above all, she is a passionate promoter of Emirati culture and heritage.
Jassim was the first UAE national to graduate from the International Hotel Management and Hospitality Industry programme at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida, USA. He also holds an academic degree in Business Management from the College of Business Administration in the UK, and a Higher Diploma in Asset & Property Management.
Jassim has over 25 years’ practical experience in public and private sectors, including investments management; asset and property management; and hotel, hospitality, tourism & travel. He is also an aviation-sector expert.
Memberships of several governmental and international organisations, a number at Board level, includes –

Sanjay’s domain interests are in the convergence space of digital innovation and sustainability in the services sector. His portfolio comprises academic and applied research, advisory and consultancy assignments for corporate, government and multilateral agencies. Throughout, there has been a clear focus on developing and co-creating applied research and strategy frameworks that have tangible impact on industry and society. He is passionate about using innovation frameworks for leveraging Industry 4.0 to benefit small & micro-businesses – where strong tech frameworks can reap incremental rewards.
Sanjay enjoys mentoring in digital and social entrepreneurship and is particularly interested in encouraging companies with clear and innovative tech remits to join Arabian Falcon Holding. He has a strong understanding not only of the AI-led challenges of today’s markets, but the governance and best practice aspects that successful tech champions need to embrace.
Pascal boasts an impressive 25-year career marked by resilience and expertise in some of the world’s most demanding regions, including East Timor, Nigeria, Congo DRC, Somalia, and Afghanistan. His professional journey encompasses a wide range of fields.
With two decades of experience in the Nigerian oil and gas sector, Pascal possesses deep insights into this critical industry. Additionally, he has spent five years actively engaged in the mining sector in Congo DRC, gaining valuable expertise.
Furthermore, Pascal’s extensive collaboration with prestigious international organizations such as the World Food Program, Unicef, USAid, ICRC, various embassies, Ecowas, and the European Union spans over two decades, demonstrating his dedication to humanitarian and diplomatic endeavors.
In the realm of transportation and logistics, Pascal’s expertise extends across the globe, underscoring his exceptional ability to navigate the complexities of this sector.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Pascal has made significant contributions to sport performance in Africa.
